I recently had to replace some parts on one of my Clubs Targets and took the chance to Photograph it.
 Rear, Shows the Bell and the Adjuster Screw.  Shows the adjuster Screw and Spring  All held togeter by a bolt and two washers.  Removal of the Face Plate shows the pitted Plunger  The Plunger removed and return spring disconected.  The Key Hole where the Plunger operates the Target
 Close up of the new plunger in place.  Fit the new Face Plate.  |  New Parts to be fitted. A Face Plate and a Plunger.  A Simple Clanger.  The Current Face Plate well pitted by years of impacts.  Shows the spacers under the paint as well as years of paint.  Years of paint cleaned off the front  New Plunger Inserted and spring refitted.  Back reassembled and adjuster screw fitted.  All re assumbled.
All back in its box ready for painting and shooting at. It still needs adjusting to the right pressure for split shots on the bull. I also took the chance to fit a low energy bulb which gives a better more even light over the face pate. |
